These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdbja platform and all related services. By visiting the bdbja website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

bdbja is a safe and reliable online betting and gaming platform for Bangladeshi players. The purpose of these Terms is to ensure a transparent and fair relationship between the platform and its users. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using bdbja's services.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on bdbja, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
• You are registering on your own behalf and are not operating an account in someone else's name or on their behalf.
• You have no legal restriction on participating in online gaming under applicable local law.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In line with bdbja's security policy, the platform may verify your identity at any time. This may require submitting a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the bdbja support team immediately. bdbja is not liable for misuse of an account by a third party if the user has not taken proper precautions.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on bdbja:

• Nagad — digital financial service operated by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking platform
• Upay — digital payment service
• Bank Transfer — via major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: A minimum of ৳500 is required for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: After a request is approved, payment is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. bdbja reserves the right to request additional documents for any withdrawal request.

3.3 Payment Restrictions

Deposits or withdrawals may be declined in the following cases:

• Using a third party's bank account or payment method.
• Account verification is incomplete.
• There is suspicion of fraud or unusual transactions.
• Withdrawals will be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdbja offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

The current wagering multiplier is 15x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus funds are used to avoid certain games or to breach the rules, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bdbja reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offer terms at any time.

4.3 VIP & Cashback Program

bdbja has four VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

By playing regularly, you can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bdbja operates on a fair play policy. All game outcomes are determined through a verifiable and impartial process. Every player has the right to an equal and transparent experience.

5.2 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Exploiting game or system errors — any winnings obtained in this way will be considered void.
• Colluding or entering into arrangements with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's security systems.

bdbja places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Online gaming should be enjoyable, but if it starts to cause problems, seeking help is important. The following protective features are available on bdbja:

• Deposit limits: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit on your account.
• Self-exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently deactivate your account.
• Reality check: Session alerts are displayed after a set period of time.

The bdbja platform provides services on an "as is" basis. bdbja's liability will be limited for any loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or interruption of third-party services. However, reasonable compensation will be considered for verified losses resulting from game outcomes or system errors.

• bdbja is not liable for games lost due to internet disconnection.
• bdbja does not accept responsibility for issues caused by the player's own device or software.
• If financial loss results from the user's own negligence, the user bears that responsibility.

bdbja reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason. Accounts may be terminated in particular in the following cases:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of operating an account under a false identity or committing fraud.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• In compliance with a law enforcement directive or court order.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonus funds are non-refundable.
